• Treat all players and staff members with respect.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, and targeted abuse are prohibited.
• Excessive toxicity, trolling, and deliberately disrupting other players' experience are not allowed.
• Impersonating staff members or other players is forbidden.
• Respect other players' privacy. Sharing personal information without permission is strictly prohibited.

Scamming and deception are allowed as part of normal in-game gameplay.

• Players are responsible for their own trades, agreements, and transactions.
• In-game scams, misleading trade offers, dishonest deals, and broken promises are permitted.
• Always verify items, prices, quantities, and payment terms before completing a trade.
• Staff will generally not refund items, money, or other assets lost through legitimate in-game scams.
• Trading with another player is always at your own risk.
• Exploiting bugs, duplicating items, hacking, or bypassing server systems to steal assets remains strictly prohibited.
• Real-money trading (RMT), phishing, account theft, and impersonating official staff members remain strictly prohibited.

Trade carefully. Trust is earned, not guaranteed.

PvP is encouraged on SkyWorldSMP! Fight, compete, and prove your strength across the server.

• SkyPvP Arena: Challenge other players and demonstrate your combat skills in our dedicated PvP arena.
• Overworld: Open-world PvP is encouraged. Always be prepared for encounters with other players.
• Nether: PvP is allowed throughout the Nether.
• The End: PvP is allowed throughout the End.
• SkyWorld — Your Safe Haven: Unlike the other worlds, SkyWorld gives you the freedom to choose. You decide whether you want to participate in PvP or enjoy a peaceful experience without fighting.
• Attacking, ambushing, and defeating other players are legitimate parts of PvP gameplay wherever combat is enabled.
• Combat cheats, hacked clients, unauthorized macros, and exploit-based advantages are strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting protected areas, safe zones, or server mechanics to gain unintended combat advantages is forbidden.
• Players must follow any additional rules established for official PvP tournaments and events.

• Respect protected builds, claimed areas, and other players' property.
• Griefing, stealing, or destroying protected property through exploits or permission bypasses is prohibited.
• Do not build offensive, hateful, or deliberately inappropriate structures.
• Lag machines, crash machines, and constructions designed to disrupt server performance are forbidden.
• Do not intentionally obstruct public infrastructure, spawn areas, or essential community access.
• Building and raiding are allowed only where the relevant game mode and server mechanics explicitly permit them.

• Company members and leaders must follow all general server rules.
• Company features must not be used to bypass trading, economy, or reward restrictions.
• Exploiting company banks, permissions, ownership transfers, or shared assets is prohibited.
• Fake transactions, coordinated reward abuse, and fraudulent company activity are forbidden.
• Company names, descriptions, and public communications must follow community standards.
• Alliances and rivalries are welcome, but harassment and out-of-game threats are not.

• No spam, flooding, excessive advertising, or repeated disruptive messages.
• No hate speech, discriminatory language, sexual harassment, or personal threats.
• Do not advertise unrelated servers, external marketplaces, or suspicious links without authorization.
• Do not share malicious links, phishing attempts, or harmful content.
• Avoid intentionally spreading misinformation about official staff announcements.
• Follow the same standards in relevant SkyWorldSMP Discord channels.

• Participate fairly in official competitions, building contests, PvP tournaments, and community events.
• Using cheats, exploits, collusion, or unauthorized alternate accounts to manipulate results is forbidden.
• Do not impersonate event organizers or fabricate winning claims.
• Exploiting voting, referral, claiming, or reward systems is prohibited.
• Event-specific rules published by staff must also be followed.

• Each player may receive only the welcome rewards for which they are legitimately eligible.
• Creating or using alternate accounts to farm welcome rewards or referral bonuses is prohibited.
• Referral manipulation, self-referrals, fake accounts, and coordinated reward farming are forbidden.
• You may only link Minecraft accounts that you legitimately control.
• Sharing verification codes to bypass account ownership checks is prohibited.
• Exploiting the Discord linking system or Shard payout system is forbidden.

• Do not intentionally cause lag, crashes, or server instability.
• Denial-of-service attacks, malicious traffic, and attempts to compromise server infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
• Do not attempt to access administrative commands, private data, or systems without authorization.
• Report serious security vulnerabilities privately to staff.
• Do not abuse plugins, commands, or game mechanics to bypass permissions.

Staff may respond to violations using measures appropriate to their severity, including:

• Verbal warnings
• Temporary chat restrictions
• Removal of illegitimate items or currency
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent bans for serious or repeated violations

Serious cheating, duplication, real-money trading, security attacks, or repeated misconduct may result in an immediate permanent ban.

Staff decisions should be based on available evidence and the circumstances of each case. Punishments may be reviewed or corrected when appropriate.

If you encounter cheating, harassment, scams, or other rule violations, report them through the official SkyWorldSMP support channels.

When possible, provide relevant screenshots, recordings, usernames, and timestamps.

Do not publicly share sensitive information or exploit instructions.

Players may request a review of moderation actions through the official support process. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be removed.

• These rules apply across the SkyWorldSMP Minecraft server and relevant official community spaces.
• Additional rules may apply to specific events, features, or game modes when clearly announced.
• Server features and game mechanics do not automatically authorize exploits or abusive behavior.
• Staff may update these rules to address new gameplay features or emerging abuse.
