SkyWorldSMP is an independently operated Minecraft multiplayer server and gaming community featuring survival gameplay, PvP, SkyWorld islands, an in-game economy, companies, competitions, and community events.

SkyWorldSMP is not an official Minecraft service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Minecraft and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To use SkyWorldSMP, you must:

• Have legitimate access to a Minecraft account compatible with our server.
• Comply with the applicable terms of Minecraft, Microsoft, Discord, and other services you choose to use.
• Meet applicable age requirements or obtain parental or guardian permission where required.
• Follow all published SkyWorldSMP Server Rules.

You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft and Discord accounts.

You must not use stolen accounts, impersonate official staff members, or bypass account restrictions.

All players must follow the official SkyWorldSMP Server Rules.

SkyWorldSMP is a competitive multiplayer environment. Certain gameplay activities may involve risk, including:

• PvP combat and the loss of in-game resources
• Competitive economic activity
• In-game deception and scamming
• Company rivalries and disputes
• Trading and player-to-player agreements

In-game scamming and dishonest trades are permitted when conducted through legitimate gameplay mechanics, as described in our Server Rules.

Players are responsible for evaluating trades and deciding whom to trust.

Staff generally do not restore assets lost through permitted in-game scams.

Cheating, hacking, duplication exploits, real-money trading, account theft, phishing, and security abuse remain prohibited.

PvP is an encouraged part of SkyWorldSMP.

Combat is permitted in the SkyPvP arena, Overworld, Nether, and End, subject to applicable gameplay mechanics and event-specific rules.

In SkyWorld, players can choose whether they wish to participate in PvP, subject to the server's available settings.

By participating in PvP or other competitive gameplay, you acknowledge that you may lose in-game items, resources, progress, or other virtual assets through normal gameplay.

Normal gameplay losses do not create an entitlement to compensation or restoration.

SkyWorldSMP may offer virtual currencies, including Shards, as well as ranks, cosmetics, rewards, memberships, and other digital features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Virtual currencies and digital items are usable only within the SkyWorldSMP ecosystem.
• They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or financial instruments.
• They have no guaranteed real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be redeemed for cash.
• They cannot be sold or exchanged for real-world money through unauthorized channels.
• They are subject to the gameplay mechanics and limitations of the relevant server features.

Access to virtual items and benefits is provided under a limited, personal, revocable permission to use them within the service, subject to applicable law and any purchase-specific terms.

Purchasing or earning virtual items does not grant ownership of SkyWorldSMP's underlying software, intellectual property, or infrastructure.

SkyWorldSMP may offer optional purchases through a storefront powered by Tebex.

Where purchases are enabled, the applicable checkout page will display the available products, prices, payment options, and any additional purchase conditions.

Purchases may include:

• Cosmetic items and visual effects
• Server ranks and associated benefits
• Memberships or subscriptions
• Other permitted digital content or services

The identity of the seller, payment handling arrangements, applicable taxes, and transaction-specific conditions must be confirmed through the live checkout information.

Purchases may also be subject to Tebex's applicable terms and policies.

Where checkout is not yet available on this website, product pages describe the catalogue only and do not constitute a binding offer until Tebex checkout is enabled and the live checkout terms are shown.

When a purchase is successfully completed, eligible digital benefits will normally be delivered to the Minecraft account specified during checkout or through the applicable fulfillment process.

Delivery may depend on:

• Correct account information
• Successful payment confirmation
• Server availability
• Technical processing and synchronization
• Any eligibility conditions stated for the product

If a purchase is not delivered as expected, contact SkyWorldSMP staff through our official Discord server using Contact Staff.

We will investigate reported delivery problems and take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer protection laws, the seller's terms, the type of digital product, and the circumstances of the transaction.

Where permitted by law, completed delivery of digital content may affect cancellation or withdrawal rights, but only when the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe a purchase was incorrect, unauthorized, or not delivered, contact the appropriate checkout support channel or SkyWorldSMP staff through Discord.

Refund requests will be assessed under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.

If you encounter a payment problem, we encourage you to contact the applicable payment support provider or SkyWorldSMP staff before initiating a payment dispute.

Fraudulent transactions, intentional payment abuse, and attempts to obtain digital benefits without valid payment are prohibited.

Where a payment is reversed or determined to be fraudulent, associated benefits may be suspended or removed where legally permitted.

Nothing in this section restricts your right to dispute unauthorized charges or exercise rights provided by your bank, payment provider, or applicable law.

SkyWorldSMP may offer recurring memberships or subscriptions in the future.

If subscriptions become available, the relevant checkout must clearly disclose:

• The recurring price and billing interval
• Included membership benefits
• Applicable renewal conditions
• How to cancel
• When cancellation takes effect
• Any applicable refund or withdrawal rights

Subscriptions will be governed by the conditions disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

No recurring payment obligation arises merely from browsing the SkyWorldSMP website or playing on the Minecraft server.

SkyWorldSMP may allow players to link their Minecraft and Discord accounts for verification, community features, and in-game rewards.

By using account linking, you agree that:

• You will only link accounts you legitimately control.
• You will not use alternate accounts to obtain duplicate rewards.
• You will not manipulate referrals or welcome bonuses.
• You will not share verification codes to bypass ownership checks.
• You will not exploit technical vulnerabilities in the reward system.

Rewards may be subject to eligibility requirements, one-time claim restrictions, and anti-abuse controls.

Fraudulently obtained rewards may be removed, and associated accounts may be subject to moderation.

Information processed through account linking is described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a stable and enjoyable gaming experience, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

SkyWorldSMP may experience:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Unexpected downtime
• Software updates
• Gameplay balancing changes
• Feature additions or removals
• Technical incidents
• Server resets or world changes

We may modify gameplay mechanics, virtual economies, events, and server features as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

Where changes materially affect purchased benefits, applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

SkyWorldSMP staff may investigate suspected violations of the Server Rules or these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, moderation actions may include:

• Warnings
• Chat restrictions
• Removal of illegitimately obtained assets
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent bans
• Restrictions on specific server features

Serious misconduct, cheating, duplication exploits, security attacks, or prohibited real-money trading may result in immediate enforcement action.

Moderation decisions should be proportionate to the violation and based on the available evidence.

Players may request a review through the official Discord Contact Staff channel.

Players may create builds, messages, company descriptions, and other content through SkyWorldSMP services.

You remain responsible for content you submit or create.

You must not upload, publish, or distribute content that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, or breaches our Server Rules.

You grant SkyWorldSMP a non-exclusive permission to store, display, and process your in-game contributions as reasonably necessary to operate the server and its community features.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your original intellectual property.

Any broader promotional use of player-created content will be subject to applicable law and relevant permissions.

The SkyWorldSMP name, original branding, website design, custom graphics, and independently created server content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where relevant.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected SkyWorldSMP content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Minecraft assets, names, and trademarks remain subject to the rights and usage policies of their respective owners.

SkyWorldSMP may link to or integrate with independently operated services, including Discord, Tebex, Minecraft, and Microsoft.

These services may have separate terms, privacy policies, and account requirements.

SkyWorldSMP does not control independently operated third-party platforms and is not responsible for their separate contractual obligations, subject to applicable law.

SkyWorldSMP is provided with the aim of offering a reliable and enjoyable gaming experience.

However, multiplayer gameplay involves technical and competitive risks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Permanent availability of every gameplay feature
• Preservation of all in-game progress under every circumstance
• A particular competitive result or economic outcome
• Protection against losses arising from legitimate gameplay

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other legally protected claims.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about account data, Minecraft gameplay records, Discord linking, purchases, data retention, and privacy requests.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in gameplay, server features, third-party services, or legal requirements.

Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain any necessary agreement before material changes take effect.
